Budget
The funding for this project is provided by JICATI. The total cost as of 1/28/2020 including miscellaneous parts, labor, and purchased parts is $559.91. This value is expected to increase because of additional parts that will need to be purchased. The parts remaining from previous years will be utilized as much as possible to reduce the cost. Using resources such as CWU and Fastenal, the raw material and fasteners needed for the project are donated.
Schedule
The total amount of hours for each category are listed in Appendix E. The total hours for the Fall quarter were estimated at 93.5 hours and the actual hours spent was 93.3 hours. The total estimated time to complete the project is estimated at 332 hours. The project took 275 hours to complete which is under the estimated amount of time. Although the project took less hours to complete, the hours were spread over a longer time period than expected.
